Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Website for the provision of electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing personal data of Users provided personally and voluntarily through the tools available on the Website.

This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Website Terms and Conditions, which set forth the rights, obligations, and operating rules for all Website Users.

§1 Definitions

  • Website – the "The Clean Team" website operating at https://thecleanteam.pl
  • External Service – websites of partners, service providers, or contractors cooperating with the Administrator
  • Website / Data Controller – the Website and Data Controller (hereinafter Administrator) is "VAN STEV SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ", operating at: ul.   • User – an individual for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Website.
  • Device – an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Website.
  • Cookies – text data stored in files placed on the User’s Device.
  • GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation).

§3 Types of Cookies

  • Internal Cookies – files placed on and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s IT system.
  • External Cookies – files placed on and read from the User’s Device by external partner systems (e.g. analytics, contact forms, antispam Cloudflare protection).
  • Session Cookies – files placed and read during a single browser session, automatically removed once the session ends.
  • Persistent Cookies – files stored on the User’s Device until manually deleted or until their expiration period elapses.

§4 Data Storage Security

  • Cookie storage and retrieval mechanisms – do not allow the download of sensitive personal data or private information from the User’s Device. Infection with viruses or malware via these mechanisms is virtually impossible.
  • Internal Cookies – applied cookies are safe for Devices and do not contain executable scripts or malicious code.
  • External Cookies – the Administrator selects reputable partners ensuring compliance with international data security standards.

§5 Purposes for which Cookies are used

§7 Categories of Data Collected

The Website processes the following data categories submitted in forms:

  • IP address and basic technical device parameters (collected automatically in server logs).

§8 Data Disclosure to Third Parties

The Administrator is the primary recipient of personal data. Data is never sold or unauthorizedly transferred to third parties.

Access is granted strictly to trusted data processors under formal data processing agreements:

  • Hosting and server infrastructure providers – VPS and database servers located strictly within the European Union,
  • IT software and support vendors – providing system maintenance and platform security,
  • Accounting and legal advisors – to the extent required by law.

§9 Processing Methods & International Transfers

  • Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless full compliance with GDPR safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) is guaranteed.
  • Data is not subjected to automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
  • No profiling that restricts or impairs User privacy is conducted.

  • Inquiry and quote data – for the duration of contact and up to 3 years thereafter for claim defense.
  • Accounting data – for the statutory period mandated by tax legislation (5 years from end of tax year).
  • Anonymous statistics – indefinitely.
