This Privacy Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Website for the provision of electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing personal data of Users provided personally and voluntarily through the tools available on the Website.

This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Website Terms and Conditions, which set forth the rights, obligations, and operating rules for all Website Users.

§1 Definitions

  • External Service – websites of partners, service providers, or contractors cooperating with the Administrator
  • Website / Data Controller – the Website and Data Controller (hereinafter Administrator) is "VAN STEV SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ", operating at: ul. §3 Types of Cookies

  • Internal Cookies – files placed on and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s IT system.
  • External Cookies – files placed on and read from the User’s Device by external partner systems (e.g. analytics, contact forms, antispam Cloudflare protection).
  • Session Cookies – files placed and read during a single browser session, automatically removed once the session ends.
  • Persistent Cookies – files stored on the User’s Device until manually deleted or until their expiration period elapses.

§4 Data Storage Security

  • Cookie storage and retrieval mechanisms – do not allow the download of sensitive personal data or private information from the User’s Device. Infection with viruses or malware via these mechanisms is virtually impossible.
  • Internal Cookies – applied cookies are safe for Devices and do not contain executable scripts or malicious code.
