These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions for using the "The Clean Team" website available at https://thecleanteam.pl, including the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and Users regarding electronic services.

These Terms of Service are issued pursuant to the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services and the Polish Civil Code.

  • Free Quote Form – selecting facility types, surface area, and desired cleaning scopes to receive a personalized quote.
  • Interactive Estimation Calculator – an online tool assisting in preliminary price estimations based on user input.

§5 Conclusion and Termination of Service Agreements

  • Browsing Agreement – concluded upon entering the Website and terminated upon leaving the Website.
  • Form Submission Agreement – concluded upon submitting a completed form and terminated once the inquiry is answered or communication concludes.
  • Free of Charge – all Electronic Services provided on the Website are completely voluntary and free of charge.

§6 Cleaning Services Inquiries and Contracting

  • Informational Nature – all descriptions, pricing guides, and calculators on the Website do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract under Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
  • Individual Estimation – final service pricing, scope, schedule, and technical specifications are determined individually with the Client via e-mail, phone, or an on-site visit prior to signing a definitive cleaning contract.

§7 User Rights and Obligations

  • Legal Compliance – Users must use the Website in compliance with applicable law, good practices, and these Terms of Service.

  • Governing Law – These Terms of Service and electronic service contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
  • Jurisdiction – Disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish common courts. For disputes with non-consumer business users, the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered seat shall apply.
